What you are responsible for

You are responsible for what you download and what you then do with it. Copyright in a video belongs to whoever made it, and this tool changes nothing about that. Download material you own, material you have permission to use, or material whose licence allows it.

Do not use this site to redistribute other people’s work, to build a competing library, or in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Automated use

This is a tool for people saving a video. Scripted or bulk use, or anything that puts an unreasonable load on the service, may be rate-limited or blocked. The links that carry video are signed, expire, and are checked against the source; working around those checks is not permitted use.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It depends entirely on a third party — Dailymotion — whose behaviour can change without notice, and it may be unavailable, incomplete or wrong at any time. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular video can be saved.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost time, or any consequence of a file you chose to download.
